What is a Health Coach?
A health coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes to improve your health and wellbeing.

When it comes to making lasting changes, mindset is as important as information, and my programme places an equal weight on both.
We start with an initial consultation, lasting an hour and a half, either online or in clinic. This gives you the opportunity to find out more about how I can help you, and I will find out about your current situation and what you would like to achieve and why, and get you started on your road to optimum health. You will receive a complementary hypnosis CD to help reduce stress and improve sleep, and a journal to track your progress.
You will then have weekly face to face sessions, either online or in person, alternating between health coaching and mindset, giving you the supportive environment you need to keep you focused on achieving your goals. Each week we will look at your progress and create actionable steps to move you towards your health goals. If you have any questions between sessions, you can send me an email and I will respond as soon as I’m able.
I am also a solution focused hypnotherapist and I offer hypnosis to my health coaching clients as part of the mindset work. Hypnosis is in itself a relaxation response reducing stress and anxiety. It enables us to use our brain in a fundamentally different way, so that we can make the changes that we want to make. I will explain how the brain works so that you understand why you may have struggled to make good choices in the past, what you can do to move forwards, and how hypnosis can help with that.

When you book your initial consultation, I will send you an invoice including details of how to pay by bank transfer or Paypal.
Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be counted as one of your sessions.
