12 Week Programme Cost: £870
Week 1 – Initial Consultation
1 1/2 hours – online or in clinic
We will look at where you are currently and what you would like to achieve and get the programme started. You will leave the session with:
- An understanding of how the mind works in relation to habits and our ability to make good choices
- Practical information to get you started on the programme
- Actionable steps to move you towards your vision of health
- A complementary hypnosis MP3 / CD to reinforce what we will be doing together and to enhance sleep
- A journal to record your progress

Weeks 2 – 12
50 minutes – online or in clinic
Weekly sessions lasting 50 minutes, consisting of health coaching and solution focused hypnotherapy.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Do I Pay?
When the booking has been made, you will receive an invoice with details of how to pay by bank transfer or Paypal. Payment can be made in two instalments, the second will be made at the start of week 7.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before an appointment, but please give me as much notice as possible. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will count as one of your sessions.
