We will meet and chat about what you would like help with, and I will explain to you how the brain works in relation to your situation, and how hypnotherapy works. You will receive a complementary MP3 / CD, and will leave ready to begin moving towards your goal.

Hypnotherapy Session: 50-55 minutes - £80

A combination of solution focused techniques and the relaxing state of hypnosis, helping you to focus on and achieve the changes that you want to make.

Quit Smoking: 1 hour 45 - £190

Kick the habit for good and enjoy your new sense of freedom. A £95 deposit will be taken at the time of booking, payable by bank transfer.

Cancellation Fee : £25

Fee applies to all cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
